Sheraton Carlton was newly built in 2001. All rooms and suites are light and bright, spacious and provide air conditioning.

Food & Beverage

Get a feel for our unique ambience in our restaurant, Tafelhof, where you can enjoy Franconian and international specialities, Franconian draft beer and quality wines. Next to the hotel hall, Boymann's Bar attracts guests with its excellent prosecco, champagnes and all kinds of fancy cocktails. Carlton SPA has its own small bar and roof terrace open during the summer.
